We’re looking for a driven and commercially focused Area Sales Manager to drive growth and develop new-build opportunities across High-Rise, Build to Rent (BTR), Social Housing and Regional Private Housebuilding.
This is a highly visible role where you'll be responsible for driving profitable growth, developing key customer relationships, and securing new business opportunities across your territory. What you’ll be doing:
Building and expanding relationships through effective stakeholder engagement
Identifying and securing new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and market engagement
Managing a sales pipeline to deliver order intake and revenue targets
Qualifying opportunities based on commercial viability, strategic fit and operational capability
Developing detailed project briefs and working closely with estimating teams to create competitive proposals
Presenting solutions, proposals and value propositions to customers and key decision-makers
Managing the customer journey, ensuring effective communication between the customer and internal teams
Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful project delivery
Maintaining accurate CRM records to support forecasting, planning and reporting
Providing market intelligence, competitor insights and business performance updates
Who we’re looking for:
Proven B2B sales experience across both products and services
Strong understanding of new-build construction sales
Service within the KBB (Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom) sector
Successful track record in both new business acquisition and account development
Experience managing long sales cycles, tender processes and complex opportunities
Knowledge of high-rise/BTR, social housing, and private development markets is advantageous
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Customer focused with an organised and target-driven approach
Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel as required
