Installation Coordinator
Step into Magnet as an Installation Coordinator to provide administration support to the Magnet Installation business across our Magnet Stores. The salary for this role is £25,875.20, with a hybrid working arrangement based out of our Leeds Commercial Office.

What you’ll be doing
You will be focused on delivering exceptional levels of service with a constructive proactive approach to Installer set up, maintenance of data, and processing installer invoicing in a timely and accurate manner. Your day-to-day duties will include:
Setting up new installers in SAP, including HMRC verification and issuing unique codes.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date installer records, ensuring compliance.
Updating Trustmark records as needed.
Removing installers following the correct process when required.
Reviewing and verifying installer invoices for accuracy and supporting documentation.
Processing invoices, raising purchase orders, and store documentation in line with procedures.
Scheduling installer payments according to agreed terms.
Handling invoice and payment queries, coordinating with installers and internal teams.
Obtain necessary approvals for bond releases and other sign-off items.
Who we’re looking for:
· Experience, skills and education needed
Able to work as part of a team.
SAP experience.
Maintaining databases.
Excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills
A good, working knowledge of excel
Result focused.
· Ability to work alone to deliver on expectations where necessary and to be able to liaise with senior colleagues where and when necessary.
