Senior Hub Operative
Magnet are looking for a Senior Hub Operative to play a key role in supporting our Hub operations and delivering outstanding service to our customers. What you’ll be doing
Supporting Hub colleagues to deliver high operational standards, and helping manage the site in the Hub Manager’s absence
Coordinating the accurate picking of projects orders, ensuring attention to detail
Safely and accurately loading and unloading vehicles
Driving performance against KPIs
Ensuring full process compliance across the Hub at all times
Leading by example through clear, professional communication with both Hub and Projects colleagues
Managing operational issues professionally, accurately, and proactively
Customer service for our Trade customers with joinery and kitchen orders over a sales counter when required
Who we’re looking for
Proven leadership experience leading warehouse or hub teams to deliver excellent service
Experience working in high‑volume warehousing, stock control, and process‑driven environments
A strong understanding of warehouse standards and operational best practice
IT literate and confident learning new systems
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
Forklift experience (preferred)
